Script 1: App Demonstration (60 Seconds)

The Passio Go app is your ticket to information about the Vincennes Trolley, including stops, trolley status, operating hours, and even the real-time trolley location. And just like your Vincennes Trolley ride, the Passio Go app is free! Download the Passio Go App from your mobile app store, access online at passiogo.com, or just scan the QR code on any Vincennes Trolley stop sign.
If the Passio Go app doesn’t initially recommend the Vincennes Trolley based on your location, select “Vincennes-YMCA” as your agency from the left-hand side. You’ll see the trolley route overlayed on a map of Vincennes!
On first launch, you can take a tour of the app, or skip to jump right in. You can always take the app tour by tapping the three lines in the upper left, and selecting “Take The Tour”.
Also from the menu, you can view a searchable list of stops, sorted by those closest to your location, and use the Messages function to see important status information, such as closures and delays. You can set up your phone to pass you these notifications, even when you’re not using the app.
On the main map page, you can see your location, the trolley’s location, and a preview of all the places on the route where the Vincennes Trolley can take you. The Vincennes Trolley is made possible by the City of Vincennes and YMCA VanGo, and it’s your view to Vincennes!
