Family Health Center (Script to Screen Production)
"When I began working on my project, I knew what I wanted but no clue how to get there!! Matt made the project so easy for me to create an incredible product... OptiViz.Media is the best in the business!!!" -Cher Wehrman, Public Relations Manager
The mission: Provide educational health content to three communities identified as information-underserved: single mothers, Spanish language speakers, and Haitian Creole language speakers.
The work: We helped select twelve topics from which to develop educational scripts, wrote those scripts for approval and translation from English into Spanish and Haitian Creole, and coordinated with a community cultural panel to film all thirty-six scripts spoken by four natural-language community ambassadors, with full light, sound, teleprompter, and camera production provided after-hours in the organization's clinical spaces, over a five-day filming availability. We also filmed role-playing B-Roll using the organization's personnel and facilities over three additional one-hour availabilities, and supplemented this work with commercially licensed music and medical footage, and bespoke branded motion graphics, for complete post-production and on-time delivery to meet a critical grant criterion deadline.
The result: We delivered three hours of branded horizontal content (composed of 36 three-to-five minute videos) in three languages, as well as 53 multi-language vertical reels, digitized participant release forms, and a full content guide, for an educational web-and-social-media campaign scheduled from June-December, 2025.
Bonus: Our one-month engagement permitted a 70% price reduction on media coverage of a company training event, and the creation of a set of conforming exterior stills of 11 facilities, for web and brochure.
