The mission:  AgroRenew needed to make a BIG impression with its groundbreaking ceremony--both locally, and through nationwide media liaisons. The project called for an archival multi-camera recording of the ceremony, multi-camera interviews with attendees, aerial videography, and a package of candid stills and B-Roll available for a 24-hour press rush.

The work:  We coordinated with the event team to place six cameras, three qualified operators, and a drone on-site. Our enclosed media tent ensured interviews were conducted and footage gathered rain-or-shine, and media were collected and backed up on-site, and edited expeditiously off-site for lightning-fast support to a professionally-managed publicity effort.

The result:  Because news oulets were able to report on the event without the need to dispatch a field production unit, our package of stills, aerial video, and B-Roll, was featured on global legacy media. Moreover, the company gets continued use from the testimonial interviews and other assets in its continued hiring and publicity efforts via their web site and social media content, even prior to full business operation.
