Vincennes Trolley (Animation)

The mission:  The City of Vincennes needed to make a BIG SPLASH when launching its largest public transportation initiative in decades: The Vincennes Trolley. The client agency, Ice Design Studio, suggested some animation could be informative and entertaining, and I agreed!

The work:  We created planar 3D models of the Vincennes Trolley, the City of Vincennes, and recognizable lardmarks along the trolley route, to keyframe-animate a two-minute-long featurette showing the entire trolley route, narrated by a voice actor with musical accompaniment. To support a tight timeline, we developed the script for this project, and supported with an additional 60-seconds "app walkthrough" motion graphic (vertical asset), produced a telemprompter-and-camera "Mayor's Invitation" video package (with stills) to promote a ribbon-cutting event, and conducted video testimonial interviews with trolley riders for continued social media content.
